Iona Invest is a sole owner’s company set up in Bulgaria in year 2002 with its registered office in Blagoevgrad.
Since year 2008 Iona Invest has focused its business on the real estate market in the Republic of Greece becoming specialized in the sales, development and management of seaside properties. The office of the company is located in Nea Peramos, district of Kavala, Republic of Greece.
In the course of the aggravation of the economic crisis in Greece, we are able to offer industrial properties, production facilities and business properties featuring technical parameters, locations and prices that provide good investment outlooks.
The main business of the company is related to the SALES OF REAL PROPERTIES IN GREECE, MANAGEMENT OF SUCH PROPERTIES AND COMPLETE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SERVICING OF SUCH PROPERTIES.
